Founded by Tina Gill, NextLevel Hospitality is built on decades of business experience, hands-on hotel ownership, and a coaching-driven approach that empowers both owners and teams.

Tina’s Journey

Tina’s journey is a story of resilience, growth, and transformation.

Arriving in the United States from India at age 20 with very little, she faced challenges that shaped her mindset and determination.

Her life changed through the teachings of Tony Robbins, beginning a 30+ year journey of personal and professional development.

With an MBA in Business, a Certificate in International Business Management, and a diverse background in engineering and microbiology, Tina built and successfully exited multiple businesses, including Togos and Baskin Robbins franchises.

For over 15 years, she has owned and managed hotels — turning underperforming properties into profitable, stable operations through leadership, systems, and team development.

Beyond operations, Tina has taught hundreds of students in entrepreneurship, business management, and marketing — sharing her passion for helping others grow.

Today, she brings that same coaching-driven leadership into every hotel she partners with.
